1. Return and Refund Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you. If 14 days have passed since your product was delivered, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Any item that has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Items from which original tags have been removed.
- Any item that is returned after the 14-day return window.
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at wearstyle63@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product. In your email, please include your order number and a clear reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our address. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Please Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost packages.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds will only be issued if the returned clothing item meets all eligibility criteria, including:
- The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags are intact and attached.
- The return is initiated and shipped within the 14-day return window.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. There may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. They can provide more information on the status of the transaction.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at wearstyle63@gmail.com.

5. Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
